The Junior Vet Academy is the next level in our programming. It is intended for mature students who have a interest in an animal health related career.  We complete more advanced dissection and discuss sensitive topics that may not be appropriate for some younger students.  

 

 

Campers will be exposed to a diverse population of animals in both farm and clinical settings. Our camp is based out of the award-winning 1870 Farm in the heart of Chapel Hill.  We are excited to announce our partnership with UNC-Chapel Hill to provide lodging for our students.

JVA Camp is a chance for children to learn what a day in a veterinarian's life might entail—a truly enriching and eye-opening opportunity. Our goal is to educate and inspire while providing a fun experience for our campers.
